one overseas scholarship worth £47,680 available, and two local scholarships at

Value of the Scholarship: We now have three scholarships available: two the United Kingdom students and one for international student
There
are two Home scholarships of £29,860 each available. The scholarship is applied
to the following:
•
UK tuition fees - £10,620
•
A maintenance grant of £15,840 (to be used for living expenses) paid in
instalments during the course;
•
Up to £2,000 in funding to attend an international conference in the field of
AI and/or Machine Learning during the programme; and £1,500 towards the
procurement of necessary equipment (suitable laptop etc.).
There
is one international scholarship worth £47,680 available. The scholarship is
applied to the following:
•
£26,640 in international tuition costs
•
A maintenance grant of £15,840 (to be used for living expenses) paid in
instalments during the course;
•
A maintenance grant of £15,840 (to be used for living expenses) paid in
instalments during the course;
•
£1700 to help with relocation expenses
Criteria for
Eligibility
·
All
nationalities are eligible to participate.
·
Courses
or subjects that are eligible: Applicants can apply for a masters degree in
Computer Science.
·
Criteria
for Eligibility: Applicants must fulfill one OR both of the following
requirements to be considered for the scholarship:

Identify
as a woman OR as a black African, Caribbean, or other Black ethnicity.
·
They
must also be able to show that they would be unable to accept the admission
offer without financial aid.
·
Have
previously been offered a conditional/unconditional place on the MSc in
Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning at the University of Birmingham;
and
·
Be usually resident in the UK and would be
considered as such for fee-paying reasons
