To be eligible for this scholarship, applicants must be enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate degree program.

ELIGIBILITY

·         Eligible Countries: Both applicants from abroad and those from their home nation are eligible to apply.

·         All undergraduate and graduate degree courses and subjects offered at New York Institute of Technology are eligible.

·         Criteria for Eligibility: Applicants must meet all of the following criteria to be considered:

·         Applicants must be first-year students enrolled full-time.

·         At all times, the applicants must maintain satisfactory academic progress (SAP).

HOW TO APPLY

·         How to Apply: Applicants must first complete the institute's application form via the university's official online portal or apply through the Common Application. Depending on which first-year scholarship they are applying for, they can fill out the form.

·         Documents to Support: The following documents must be submitted by the applicants:

·         Transcripts

·         Proof of graduating from high school

·         Official High School Transcripts Affidavit of Support

·         Two recommendation letters

·         Essay

·         a mission statement

·         Requirements for Admission: To be admitted to NYIT, applicants must have a minimum GPA of 3.0 or above.

·         Language Requirement: Applicants must achieve the following minimum scores on English language proficiency tests:

·         TOEFLIBT – 79

·         PTE – 53

·          IELTS 6.0

Application Deadline: Applications will be accepted for this grant until July 15, 2022.

 

BENEFITS

Successful students will get monetary incentives ranging from $14,000 to $26,000, depending on their GPA, for up to four years of study, or up to eight semesters.
